- First, Access the additional menu from the application and you will find the Delete my account menu.
- Re-login to your account.
- Select type Delete all of my personal data, then click the Save changes button.
Web Version
- First, visit Diklat Bank Sumut page https://banksumut.diklat.id/ , then enter your account.
- Select the avatar section.
- Enter the profile page by accessing the avatar section and selecting the profile menu.
- Then select the Delete my account menu in the Privacy and policies section.
- Select type Delete all of my personal data, then click the Save changes button.
- The request to delete the account has been made, here the user just has to wait for the admin to approve the request.
